Please keep the following in mind before applying:
The test will run from 26 JANUARY – 5 FEBRUARY. PLEASE APPLY BY THURSDAY, 25 JANUARY. Testers will be required to sew and send back feedback and photos of sewn garment by MONDAY, 05 FEBRUARY. If you fail to meet the deadline then you will not receive a copy of the final pattern and a free pattern from my shop.
A Facebook group will be created for the group testing the pattern, and you will be added if your application is successful.
We like our testers to have a lot of input with the construction steps, so preference will be given to experienced sewers who don’t need visual sewing instructions. Written instructions will however be provided. Detailed photo instructions will be available with the final pattern.

Marianne is a classic and stylish design that can be made into a wedding, prom or any other event dress.
This dress has a one shoulder bodice with an optional shoulder ruffle. The bodice features waist darts in back and front and a side zipper. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO SEW THE RUFFLE FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE TEST.
The skirt is an A line floor length skirt with a slight train.
This pattern is for ADVENTUROUS BEGINNERS – ADVANCED sewers.
It comes in sizes XXS – XXL. Please find Size Charts below.
